If there's anything that I love more than Disney, its anything Latin and Disney! That's why I love the Mexico Pavilion in Epcot. I also love the Gran Fiesta Tour ride. I have always loved the fact that Walt Disney incorporated Latin themes in some of his films, especially The Three Caballeros. Love this ride too! So relaxing and fun! Love riding past that bubbling volcano. Also dig it when you can walk right on (as with any Disney ride)
