There are many reasons why I like certain artists. Sometimes its a song. Sometimes its a video. Sometimes its their persona. And sometimes its a live performance that just blows me away. That happened on the first MTV Music Video Awards in 1984. The world was not ready for what was about to happen on the Radio City Music Hall stage. A little known singer will soon become the biggest female artist in music history. In the span of 3 minutes and 44 seconds, Madonna the 'ICON' was born and nothing would ever be the same.
